Win's VPN does not ship this feature. There is no duress code, no duress wipe, and no trusted-contact alert on any platform, including Android and iOS.
No duress credential can be enrolled, no trusted-contact phone number or email is requested or stored, the Android release build declares no SMS permission and sends no SMS, and the app sends no contact, coordinate, or alert to Win's VPN servers or to any third party.
