Current publication status
The designated Corresponding Source archive for Win's VPN release 1.0.16+33 is not public yet, and no live-fetch receipt or SHA-256 digest exists for it. Release publication remains blocked until the exact source archive is live and its retrieved bytes are bound to the release evidence.
The future designated archive location is https://downloads.winsvpn.org/source/wins-vpn-1.0.16.tar.gz. A support mailbox is not a substitute for the required AGPL network-source path or MPL executable-form source notice.
Winn Protocol v3
The Winn Protocol v3 client and server engine is offered under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 or later, with a separate commercial license available from Win's VPN Inc. The exact complete Corresponding Source, build scripts, and bundled-dependency notices must be published and bound by SHA-256 before the related binary release is published.
AmneziaWG tools
The Windows and Linux Winn v1 AWG fallback includes amneziawg-tools v3.1.20260812, commit ee0f0a9aa34ff0a0da4b3433b9512781cfe02843, under GNU GPL version 2. The reviewed upstream source archive has SHA-256 dbd8ce0748d835d18f30bb76720246b7bfc80bd09cd17c379b1c59f683a18493.
For three years from the date Win's VPN Inc. distributes a binary containing those tools, any third party may request a complete machine-readable copy of the corresponding source for the exact distributed version. Any charge will not exceed the cost of physically performing source distribution.
Xray source
The Windows, Android, and Linux Winn v1 Xray fallback uses XTLS/Xray-core v26.9.30 under Mozilla Public License 2.0.
The Apple Winn v1 Xray fallback uses amnezia-xray-core v1.260924.0, commit 77e5d55a796bafe17c1b5f2a9d9c590fd2a9f5f3, under Mozilla Public License 2.0. Win's VPN applies a hostname-safe change to the MPL-covered file transport/internet/tls/ech.go. The exact modified Source Code Form is not public yet and must be included in the release source archive before publication.
